I Paul Barker started out in 1991 as, As New Floor Sanding in Sydney. In 1997 needing to get away from Solvent base Polyurethanes, I decided to change my business name to Natures Best Floor Sanding and apply Waterborne Polyurethanes and Plant base products. Finding out the facts on plant base products over a three year period and how high the Voc's levels and maintenance was for customers with most products, I decided to stick with Waterborne Polyurethane products unless specified.

 Leaving my business to anyone wasn't going to happen when deciding to leave Sydney, so I approached Phil Strickland who is now the proud owner of Nature's Best Floor Sanding in Sydney. After making a family decision in 2008 my wife and I with our three kids decided to make the move to Melbourne where Nature's Best Floor Sanding took off with pigmentation and the brands of products we use.

In 2010 deciding to make the move for family, also warmer weather "Queensland” I needed to find someone who would take over and take care of my customers and the name in Melbourne. Choosing Pat Guarnaccia "family man" was an easy decision for us to make, I wish him and his wife all the best. That just leaves me, now based on the Gold Coast and Brisbane. My family and I have been here on the Gold Coast and Brisbane since Jan 2011 and have built a great business over the last 12 months, the extra things we do make all the difference. Eg Pigmentation/colour saving you around 30% on staining, gap filling saving you around 20% and not to mention power savings on heating and cooling, plus the 18 years of Waterborne Polyurethane applications experience and much more!
